Scope of Application & Functions

It is mainly used to test the breakdown strength and withstand voltage time of solid insulating materials such as plastics, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, and insulating varnishes under AC (power frequency) or DC voltage.

The Voltage Breakdown Tester complies with standards:

Safety Protection Features

Testing is performed inside a sealed chamber; when the chamber door is open, no high voltage is applied.

Safe electrode distance:

≥370 mm for 100 kV models

≥250 mm for 50 kV models

Independent protective grounding line to reduce electromagnetic interference and prevent computer malfunction.

Multi-level circuit protection: overcurrent, undervoltage, leakage, short-circuit, DC discharge alarm.

DC discharge alarm: After DC tests, the system alarms until the discharge device is used, ensuring operator safety.

Integrated discharge device eliminates the need for a separate discharge rod.

Six-Level High Voltage Safety Interlock:
