1. Independent Dispersion System Design
The circulating water dispersion module is independently designed, integrating both circulation testing mode and direct-flow testing mode. The circulation mode is used for small-to-medium particles, while the direct-flow mode allows continuous testing of larger particles. Both modes can be freely switched via control valves, improving efficiency and expanding the applicable range.

Equipped with independent, easily switchable dry and wet sample modules, ensuring measurement consistency across different introduction methods. 3. Intelligent Data Processing
The precision stepper motor automatically centers samples with micrometer-level accuracy, keeping the optical path in an optimal state. High-speed particle size data acquisition software uses unconstrained free-fitting technology to reconstruct particle size distributions and intelligently process statistical data, ensuring accuracy and stability of results.
4. Fully Automatic Intelligent Operation Mode
Supports one-click operation. With software switching between wet and dry modes, the user simply adds the sample and clicks “Auto Test”; all other operations are completed automatically. This reduces workload and eliminates human error interference.
