A Batch Powder Coating Booth is a type of spray booth specifically designed for batch production (small to medium volume coating runs), rather than continuous or conveyorized systems. These booths are widely used by job shops, custom coaters, and manufacturers that coat parts in varied sizes or lower volumes.

Powder coating booth is an economical and efficient solution for powder recovery during manual powder coating operations. Applying pulse-jet filter cleaning system, it prevents powder accumulation and achieves high recycling rate, maximizes the utilization of powders.

Features

Centrifugal Fan

By means of a powerful centrifugal fan drawing clean air into the booth, and dragging the overspray powders towards filters for completely capture, all recycling air is free-particles. we use aluminium fans which are safe and energy-saving.

Powder Collector

The discharged powders from filters will drop into the powder collector hopper beneath the unit which can be taken away for fully emptying and cleaning. Overspray collecting through a removable hopper is in higher quality for re-using.

PLC Control unit

PLC control unit provides user-friendly interface and a simple operation process. Includes the functions of control the fan on/off, adjust time range of the pulse to cleaning filters, make the recovery powder hopper up and down.
