The chain plate roller press machine is composed of rollers, stainless steel chain plates, crushing rollers, and a walking mechanism. Hot-melt materials extruded from an extruder are pressed into strips of 1–1.5 mm thickness by the rollers. The rollers are water-cooled, and air blowers further cool the material to a solid state. The material is then crushed into pieces and collected in the hopper.
