Single-loop system with dual long-shaft axial fans and stainless steel multi-blade centrifugal wheels.
Forced air circulation ensures uniform temperature distribution.
3. Heating & Insulation
Stainless steel finned electric heaters for fast, precise heating.
Independent hot-air circulation, temperature output controlled by microcomputer for efficiency and energy saving.
High-quality fiberglass insulation ensures excellent heat retention and prevents condensation even at -70°C.
4. Cooling System
Imported French Tecumseh industrial low-temperature compressor.
Air-cooled with environmentally-friendly refrigerant R404A.
Imported filter-drier, solenoid valves, and fan-assisted condenser.
High-efficiency finned evaporator, premium copper piping, nitrogen-filled welded joints, and leak-tested for reliable cooling.
5. Electrical Control System
Korean TEMI300 Temperature Controller (optional TEMI880 with 5.7" touchscreen).
LCD display with English interface, backlight, human-machine interface programming, 10–120 program memory, automatic PID control, RS232/RS485 remote connectivity.
Cycle testing up to 999 times, real-time temperature curves, programmable schedules, and fault detection.
6. Safety Protections
