The client is a Russian company specializing in the production and processing of metal pipelines, with products primarily used in industrial piping, construction, and infrastructure sectors. Given that these pipelines are exposed to moisture, temperature fluctuations, mechanical friction, and complex environmental conditions over the long term, the client places high demands on the surface coating's corrosion resistance, adhesion, wear resistance, and long-term stability.As the client expanded production, their existing powder coatings struggled to meet requirements regarding coating uniformity, corrosion resistance, and suitability for spraying various pipeline specifications. IV. Sample Testing and Process Validation
