Process Flow
Hanging Workpiece
Hang the workpiece onto the conveyor system or track.
Workpiece Pre-treatment (Immersion)
The workpiece is suspended on the conveyor and passes through a tank containing the cleaning solution.
Advantages: Suitable for workpieces of various shapes, especially those with high grease content. Easy to maintain and clean.
Entering Drying Oven
Remove moisture and residual solution from the workpiece surface to prepare for powder coating.
Powder Coating
The workpiece enters the powder coating booth, where electrostatic spraying deposits a uniform layer of powder onto the surface.
Curing Oven
Heat cures the powder coating, ensuring strong adhesion and smooth finish.
Energy Source: Natural gas.
Cooling & Unloading
After curing, the workpiece cools naturally or by forced air, then is removed from the line.
